Gnosis is a decentralized prediction market built on the Ethereum protocol that builds new market mechanisms for open finance with product lines to create, trade, and hold crypto assets. Gnosis provides an open platform for anyone to predict the outcome of any event and plans to drastically simplify the creation of customized prediction market applications. At the same time, Gnosis takes advantage of the features of blockchain trust machines and automatic execution of smart contracts to enable players to enter the prediction market more flexibly and freely, bringing greater imagination to the prediction market. In the future, participants in Gnosis do not even need to be natural persons. In the Internet of Things, the information collected by sensors can also be easily entered into the blockchain as information assets to be bought and sold.

GNO is an Ethereum-based token that is used to incentivize long-term participation in the Gnosis platform. Token application:

GNO is the native token of the Gnosis ecosystem. It can be used to:

(1) generate OWL tokens, which is designed to be used as a collateral token.

(2) pay the equivalent of 1 USD in fees on Gnosis platforms and protocols.

· 1.5M GNO are currently in circulation

· 0.5M GNO are vested linearly to Gnosis Ltd over 5 years starting Nov 2020

· 8M GNO are vested linearly to Gnosis DAO over 8 years starting Nov 2020

· 285,398 GNO will be taken out of the already vested GNO to GnosisDAO to allow the STAKE merger

· 75,000 GNO will be taken out of the already vested GNO to Gnosis Ltd to pay outstanding debt
